I find the reception staff helpful .Able to get appointments on request It a particular GP is requested their may be a wait for appointment but if urgent need for a GO is required an appointment for same day can be given with a GP on duty. I find that I am given information and choice with regard to treatment as applicable..There are delays with being seen on time for appointment sometimes but made aware of delay on arrival usually. You can never get through on telephone to book appointment. I was on phone from 8 til around 9 always engaged. When finally through none left..1 time i rang no appointments so went to chemist and said i needed to see gp first. So rang again and within 20 mins and surprisingly could get me in now... Also I had tests done in november but still not had results. Is this normal? Original Comment Report...

A specific doctor refused and declined me reasonable treatment for my condition ineffectiveness demonstrated and legiablly I am ok when I am in physical pain every day.RS Original Comment Report...
