Mayfield Road Surgery

Worst doctors ever. Had trouble with these in the past. Still to this day getting text messages saying half the staff ain't it due to covid. My wife took my little lad in today to see the nurse and doctor for his 1st injections. She rang yesterday as they text her with the wrong time. She rang to clarify what time and where both appointments were. Both in the hours of 10am at mayfield Rd. She saw the nurse and then to be told the doctor is actually at Chapel Street surgery. There was a guy complaining while she was there he was 50 minutes past his appointments. How can they be soo far behind soo early in the morning. Can they not manage appointments properly. This chain of doctors is an utter disgrace and some one higher needs to assess how they work.

Well Where do we start............ To get an Appointment. SIT in phone queue for over 15 mins (IF lucky) And if all appointments gone you've got to ring the NEXT day AND the next day and so on. DO They pay MY phone bill?????? NOPE Thats all that i'll say.
