I attended for an appointment for general advice etc re skin lesion. Whilst I do not belive it to be serioius,the doctor I saw -whowas very friendly,engaging and thorough said he would refer me to dermatology ASAP and would also contact me again within the next day or so. I consider this to be top class and very reassuring.Apparently one is not allowed to name the doctor concerned ,but I would request that my gratefull thanks be conveyed. His whole attitude speaks volumes about the practice on my first real visit. Truly professional.Excuse any errors... |

Both my wife and I have been with this surgery many years have always been treated with respect by receptionists. and have been able to make appointment within a reasonable time. One must take into account the pressures surgeries are under with patient numbers etc. Obviously some things could be better but I feel the fault is sometimes beyond the control of the surgeries. As regards waiting time for prescriptions I sometimes feel that is the fault of the local pharmacy but then who knows |

i try on a number of occasions to get an appointment for medication but its impossible to get through on the phone let alone get an appointment. the doctor i saw for my injury was great but thats the only good thing i can say. i have been on the phone 30 minutes now and still engaged no hpoe of getting through |
