I have been a patient with The Osmaston surgery since 1956. I have always been treated with courtesy and kindness. The doctors, nurses and receptionists in my opinion are first class |

Osmaston Surgery has gone down in my estimation. Dr Kamath is brilliant. Have been ringing now for two weeks and still have not got through to make an appointment. Finally got through this morning and in a queue. Waited only to be cut off. ??. Told the only way to get an appointment was to queue at 8am outside the surgery. Really need to be there at 7am to stand any chance. It’s disgraceful for a GP surgery no wonder the A&E is full. |
