I received a missed call and a voice mail to get In touch with the surgery as soon as I can I have tried calling the surgery for three days now and my call is not being answered l. Not sure of what I should do. The telephone problem has been an ongoing problem for a very long time . It feels like no one actually cares about the patients. Last few months I had the same issue, I just can’t believe it is 2021 and the surgery has not resolved this issue. It’s very worrying as the patients need care and assurance, but This kind of service would cause anxiety and and worry. Which would not help anyone. |

They make you wait for over 1 hour for a appointment . I'm waiting 1 hour and 25 mins and no one has answered . I am sure they will tell me there are no appointments. Rude receptionist and doesnt not want to help in any way . Everytime ring back tomorrow. I have done written complaints via letters and still no changes has been done and no reply backs. I have been with this surgery for 11 years. This is unacceptable and poor services. Thinking of changing surgeries. I have asked other surgeries they are only allowed to make you wait for 10- 20 mins max not over 1 hour. |
