Just spoke to the receptionist (Harvinder), cannot believe how abrupt she was with total lack of care and understanding. Patients ring the surgery because they are unwell and need help !!! |

Tried to get an appointment for my son who has a wheeze and breathlessness to be told they wouldn't see him but assess him over the phone to check his chest, absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time. Another time my son had a urine infection and was told no appointments and to go to a and e. They need to start seeing patients face to face instead of just over the phone. |
