We would like to thank all the staff and doctors at East Park Medical Centre. The reception staff is very friendly and able to schedule an appointment. Two members of staff both are very brilliant.
The doctors are amazing. They are not only convenient, but they are also extremely knowledgeable and kind. The doctor we see is fantastic, we have received excellent, professional care delivered with kindness.
We are consistently impressed with the quality, professionalism and friendliness of all staff members at this surgery.

No one answers the phone. The reception staff are rude and need training in customer service. There is no concept of privacy and patient confidentiality. The doctors are late and it seems they all think paracetamol is the answer to all of life's problems. | ||||||
