What more can I say about this practice. All the staff here give 110%. The reception staff are always really friendly and efficient. The doctors have been brilliant in the care of myself and my children. The dispensing staff are also very helpful and informative. Well done to all involved in this surgery. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. | ||||||

I have been on the Belton GP surgery register for the past 30 years. It is an excellent local surgery providing absolutely excellent service. Generally one can book an appointment in a time/date that accords with the urgency of the condition. The in-house pharmacy is also an excellent facility providing first class service. I telephoned the surgery for a telephone triage appointment that day, I received a call within 30 minutes and told to come down to see the GP in an hour. On arrival the reception team could see I was clearly unwell and a little distressed. I promptly received help from the practice manager, and the reception lady went straight to the GP to let him know I had arrived. The GP was very calming and thorough throughout the consultation. I received the medication I needed from their friendly pharmacy team. I would recommend this surgery to anyone who is considering registering. Great work Manor House Surgery you all make a great team. | ||||||
