The care this GP surgery has NOT given my mother is disgusting. She is terminally ill with stage 4 Heart and Renal failure ,yet she hasn't seen her GP for 3.5 years. If she calls for help they tell her to call 999 or 111. I read their information page where they sound wonderful, but in real life they are awful as my mother doesn't get any care from them. She's been waiting all day for a phone call back ,but at 6pm nothing. She is meant to chase up her own hospital appointments, that's the GPs job but I was told they don't have time. I really don't know how CQC could rate this surgery as good ,because in real life its awful ! | ||||||

I have a drain pouch on my abdomen which requires regular changing. The nursing team are wonderful, giving me first class attention to my problem. They have arranged regular future appointments so I do not have to phone on the day. I have been a member of this Surgery since 1979 and have always had excellent treatment. | ||||||
