I just go to change my operations Dressing The Nurse come to tell me it’s against the law to give you plaster or change your Plaster ???? I explained it’s nearly empty I am bleeding ?? She say come back At Weekend ?? And they call them self Urgent treatment | ||||||

The centre was busy on the day I attended so I waited over 4 hours to be seen by a nurse practitioner. I was eventually thoroughly examined only to be completely misdiagnosed. After I queried this the nurse practitioner brought in a colleague who confirmed the earlier diagnosis was correct. A prescription request to treat the condition was then sent to my pharmacy. I still disagreed with this diagnosis and fortunately I did not collect the prescription. I managed to be seen the following day by a really excellent GP at my local practice who correctly identified my condition and I’m now recovering. After my experience I will never use the Urgent Care Centre again. | ||||||

Been here for 3 hrs already with everyone else after me going in I’m debating on signing myself out and follow google for advice my face obviously dosent fit compared to folk already discharged and came in after me. Was in Boston hospital last week with a kidney infection this is as bad as that set up. | ||||||
