I rang the surgery at 8-20am and was asked by the receptionist if I felt if it was urgent for a same day appointment, I explained my symptoms, where by she gave me an urgent appointment to see the advanced nurse who prescribes. I was seen on the same day and I needed medication for my symptoms and a follow up blood test. The advance nurse listened to what I said then we had a discussion. The nurse was very nice, the receptionist was very understanding and extremely polite The blood test was made for a few days after.. An outstanding service made even better by polite staff. |

I would just like to say a big thank you to the doctor that treated my son on Thursday evening.Things could have been a lot worse if he hadn't suggested that we go to a&e straight away. He was professional and very knowledgable. My son turned out to have peri tonsillitis and needed urgent intravenous antibiotics. A well handled situation by a professional team. |
