I have been in this country since 12 years and the rudeness , arrogance and insensitivity from Musters Medical Practice that I and my family had to deal with at a difficult time of illness is unimaginable . This practice has made us realise how pathetic the primary care system in the country has become . The receptionists answering the call speaks to patients as though we are beggars and they are doing us a favour . We are bloody tax payers and the money your are paid comes from our pockets and it is high time the practice partners , the dismissive GPS and the support staff realise this fact . They make it so difficult to even get a private referral letter . We were asked for a fee for it . The doctors at the practice are sitting there just to take notes and not treat . |

Polite greeting by reception staff, always appreciated
Assessment by PRACTICE NURSE, situation read very well by her, none of the important details missed, as retired nurse I would notice.
Assessment, overview by a particular doctor, well conducted. Time given for problems.
Thank you |

Consistently excellent service from this practice. Kind and apoproachable doctors, and the reception staff are absolutely brilliant, and very helpful. In particular, a receptionist is outstanding in her help and manner. Appointments are not too far in the future, and there is an excellent same day appoiservice if things are more urgent, which is so reassuring. No complaints at all. |
