So it took 1 week to get an appointment here which I would think is fair for a non-urgent matter. However, I had to ring around 10 times throughout the day to get through the receptionist which is poor. I arrived on time for my appointment however was seen 30 minutes later than my appointment time, I didn't think too much of this maybe a busy day at the surgery. The doctor (not a Locum) did not apologise for the delay, was rude in his manner (cut me off when speaking) and rushed the 10 minute consultation into 2-3 minutes, see you later good bye. I would not have left this review but after the poor attitude of the doctor, I thought everyone should know about this to make the correct choice |

Not helpful at all. Explained my situation couldnt get an appoinment. Said i would get a callback from docotor. Then they offered parliment street to see a nurse. Explained I cant get there. Doctor phoned me I could barely speak and found the doctor very argumentative when i said i couldnt get to parliment street. i had to release the phone call in the end feeling even more drained. |
