Trying to get an appointment at this surgery is terrible you call up it takes ages the answer the phone, and I mean over five mins at times it will just keep ringing.
When you do get through you, get told to call at 2.30 to arrange an appointment what kind of stupid policy is this time to shape up and start offering a proper service as there are many other surgeries patients can go to. | ||||||

Mismanagement by reception staff: the appointment waiting time is worse than in third world countries.
Staff lack of ability to acknowledge complaints.
I tried to make a complaint which was refused by the manager at reception.
I was further insulted and advised to go else where.
This surgery does not listen to your concerns. If you love your family and care about their well-being please avoid this surgery. | ||||||

The receptionists seem to pick and choose who should go next in to see the DR. Terrible confidentiality too can hear them on the phone discussing patient confidential info. When you go to speak to them they act rudely, dont listen to you and treat you as if you are not worthy of speaking to them about your concerns. | ||||||
