The doctors are supportive and good listener but receptionist is terrible. Instead of listening the issue, she already had enough, what a shame. Even calling every day the bookings are already full, just with in 5 minutes. Its may be OK but never bother to find out ths issue. | ||||||

I would like to give a very big thank you to this office. I have always been treated with kindness and help when calling from overseas which is where I live. When you have a relative that needs care and you are so far away it is nice to know the treatment they are receiving is first class. We can say this about this practice.They always go above and beyond what you are asking and it is very much appreciated.
Forest Practice you should be very proud of the services you are providing and to all your staff a very big thank you. | ||||||

I visited a particular doctor with an older person who has learning disabilities and really struggles to cope with appointments. The doctor showed great communication skills, she talked to the patient in a way she understood, explained what she was going to do, sought consent, checked understanding without being patronising, and then explained what would happen next. The GP then followed this up later in the week by ringing through results to us and offering further advice. I couldn't fault the doctor's practice - excellent experience. | ||||||
