Trying to get though to a real person rang up in queue position 7 after waiting 25 minutes still waiting when queue position was on 5. I put phone down could not wait any longer things to do. |

I have always received a friendly welcome,and helpful staff. Yes the appointment system isn't great! The whole system certainly in Nottingham needs reviewing. Use find my GP, @8.00 am type your details very briefly ! You should get a telephone consultation that day. There are face to face appointments,but I think only for extreme cases. All GP services need to return to normal ! Don't blame Fairfield's for the NHS system. |

This review relates to the system for getting appointments- one you get an appt the staff and Dr’s are great, but I have tried to book appt’s both online and by phone and it is dreadful. I tried online at 8.15 both days and they were all already taken meaning that system didn’t work. Not knowing this I then spent 2 hours over 2 days on hold on the phone trying to get a GP appt, only to either get cut off or be told there are no pre-booked appt’s left. The system needs clarification so people don’t waste time. Also more appts to book in advance if possible. |
