I have to say that I have encountered many medical receptionists in my time but I have never dealt with any like these before.
They are polite, kind, patient and friendly without being too over familiar. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They aren't intrusive, like some receptionists can be and they take the time to sort out any issues you have. They always have a cheery voice on the phone and a smile when you visit the surgery.
So a big shout out to the unsung heroes of Queensbower surgery, the staff on the reception desk.Thank you for all your hard work and continued support. | ||||||

I have been with this Gp for 8years now and I have nothing bad to say about them,
Receptionist knows my voice, very helpful lovely and welcoming,
One GP is an amazing doctor, not forgetting the Doctor who is no longer there.
The nurses always helpful, and all smiling,
Couldn’t ask for any better team!
Keep the great work up and going.
