We believe all the doctors are good .My father has thrice falls in a week. His mobility has been affected badly. He has diabatic wound under his foot which is worsening.But we are unable to get an appointment for him .We hope that the surgery will have some sympathy and they will look after my father I will appreciate all your support. I personally want to give an excellent feedback about one particular receptionist. She is a huge plus to the surgery as a Receptionist she has a good and supportive attitude to patients. I have triplets and from when I was pregnant till now that the kids are 5, she has always helped us with the right support as a receptionist. The nurse is another Staff I want to give a big thank you ?? too. The Doctor is a God sent to me and my family, she is a wonderful and humble Doctor and always ready to go extra mile to help. Karen, to these three members of staff, big thank you. ?? Please receptionist need to create a good experience for the patients. This receptionist is an example. | ||||||

You can always get an appointment with the GP on the same day if you either phone just after 8.30 am or visit just after 8.30 am. I've not had cause to visit a GP since last year but have been very satisfied when I did visit. The staff on the reception are friendly and helpful and remember you. The nurse is also informative, friendly and helpful too. | ||||||
