Scruffy looking receptionists, wearing hoodies - yes really…. Quite rude to patients, dismissing them and then quite loudly joking among themselves. I sat in the waiting room once in disbelief as a member of staff was heard, screaming down the phone, she was clearly unhappy with someone. GPS have always been helpful, one nurse can be a bit abrupt but health care assistant is lovely. Tudor House has changed but not for the best. | ||||||

Iwas very disappointed to learn via a telephone call from one of the Practice Staff , that my occasional repeat medication was now suspended until Dr Henry's return from holiday at the end of the month . This voicemail message was received in a patronising manner which I found offensive and not Patient friendly to someone who has just celebrated his 75th Birthday | ||||||

I have been with the practice for 25 years now & it's 1 of the reasons we won't move house as we love our Gp's & staff at the practice! From retiring Old Dr Henry to Dr Julian who is so brilliant and helped the whole family & Dr Simm who has helped me so much over the last 8 years with a long term condition which has enabled me to keep working & pay my taxes, I was able to still visit the practice during lock-down & over the years everyone has helped so much. I find that if you are kind, be calm & even on the days when my pain level is 100/10 it's not the front line staffs fault, they take the call, pass on the details & help will come, the system is often blocked up by those who perhaps should not call in the 1st instance- shoot me for saying this ... free speech have a great day | ||||||
