This is the worst surgery I have ever experienced coupled with the worst customer service. The receptionists are incredibly rude (apart from 1). They have zero phone manner and people skills and are quick to blame anyone but the surgery (eg pharmacy, hospital, patient) for any errors, rather than apologise and rectify a problem for or be honest. They are not even able to look through your medical records and find a simple letter. They very rarely relay the correct message to the doctor it takes me about 3/4 phone calls to get one thing done correctly. I do get what I need from the doctors, but it will be delayed (so I may be left without medication) and it takes a lot of effort emotionally (as I have a chronic illness), and i agree with a comment made below where you do not get consulted on whether the course of action the Dr recommends is right for you. I will be moving surgery. | ||||||

i have recently moved gp practices and wasn't sure were to go as being in catchment went with this practice. i was surprise to find how easy it was to get a gp appointment on a monday morning as my previous practice was a night mare. the staff are lovely and welcoming and listen to you. | ||||||

Dr Iqbal is a criminal harming his patients… The worst part is the the regulators are even worse because they are aware of dr Iqbal intentional negligence of harming his patients but they continue to support this criminal psychopath… The regulating body for GPS are also criminal psychopaths like Dr Iqbal. The regulating body to report GP is a waste of time and very very bias and corrupt.. there are many people who raised concerns over Dr Iqbal but the regulating body is happy for dr Iqbal to continue to harm his patients… These public servants including the regulating body are low life criminals because it is not in there best interest to make patients better because they be out of business if everyone was fit and well.. We are deliberately made poorly throughout our life by GP/NHS/ criminal regulating bodies to financially benefit the public sector… this is a Sophisticated money laundering operation set up by our own government. The more people who are poorly the more the NHS can steal from the public tax payers money… these lot are sicko psychopaths including Dr Iqbal! For money I can promise you the NHS will continue to harm the public… Look what these Dr and nhs staff said about the vaccine.. they said it was safe and effective.. which was a lie as many have died/ been injured and disabled for life due to the vaccine.. go and have look at government yellow card scheme of Covid vaccine injuries and deaths… this is a fact! According to Nuremberg trials this is a serious crime of crimes against humanity of genocide… whoever is involved in the vaccine programme are all complicit in genocide according to criminal law and the Nuremberg case.. that includes the NHS staff who lied to the public about the vaccine being safe.. the vaccine proves nhs are only there to harm the public. They use our tax payers money to harm us, and have been doing this for decades! | ||||||
