I genuinely thank the doctors and staff for their service on every visit. I have recently moved to the area, and was shocked at the way these doctors behave compared to most. As an asthmatic I’m there more often then most, and had never before seen a doctor discuss treatment; take notes or actually spend time learning what does and doesn’t work. Most appointments I’ve had with other doctors it’s 2 minutes in; take you your prescription and ‘see you in 6 weeks’. The support and care given by this surgery puts others to shame; it’ll be a shame when there comes a time it isn’t my surgery. The staff are all friendly and greet you with a smile. Like every surgery there have been times where I must wait for appointments, but with more serious issues they have managed to squeeze me in. So I have zero complaints. Incredible people and an incredible surgery, and all the people that work there should feel pride in the service they provide. | ||||||

I had a joint appointment with the nurse and Locum GP this morning. (A medical student was observing)
The nurse was extremely flexible and decided I should see the GP first in case there was any changes. When I saw her the nurse she gave excellent care. The GP discussed the issues with me and made me feel very involved, she looked up a particular query which completely assured me she was giving the best advice.
Both were pleasant and inspired confidence | ||||||
