This practice is awful! If I could give it zero stars I would. The manager is never there to answer any of your complaints, and she doesn’t even follow or respond to the instructions given by the ICO. The practices handling of your information is diabolical. You can never see a GP who is aware of all your issues, it’s always a locum. Getting prescriptions reauthorised is a nightmare. If you request it early they refuse it, but if you request it on time it will take days for them to accept it. So you are always left short of medication which can be dangerous. The receptionists are never on the same page, all giving different information. Only good thing is they now have a queuing system for phone calls and appointments online! But the appointments online are all for 9am or 9:10am, but they can call you anytime that day….so if you work you can’t get an appointment as you don’t know what time you will get the call. |

This has been my doctors now for the best part of 20 years and I have to say they have always been fantastic. Yes...it takes a little time to get through in the morning (tell me a doctors surgery where it doesn’t) but when there are vast numbers ringing at the same time then there’s bound to be a delay! When I get through the staff are always accommodating regarding my needs and they will always find the best solution possible whether that be a ring back from the Dr, a repeat prescription or an appointment another day. The Dr is the most understanding and attentive doctor I know, she takes time to listen and actually cares. Thank you Lime Tree surgery for all the good work you do....we should be grateful for the NHS and respect the people that work there and help us. |
