Seen by nurse same day and referred to doctor same day. Appointment arranged for following morning, ears syringed, problem solved. Excellent service, which we have found to be the norm at this practice. | ||||||

My wife felt an epileptic seizure coming on and we went to Riverlyn as we were close by The receptionist noticed her distress, even though she was on the phone, and went and fetched the nurse. The nurse ensured my wife was in a safe position and called for a wheelchair. After the seizure observations were carried out in the nurse's office and when they were satisfactory she ordered a taxi to take us home. We would like to thank everyone at the practice for the excellent care provided. | ||||||
