You ring and ring and 135 calls later finally get through to a rude receptionist that states no appointment yet again I explain I feel suicidal due to my menopause no compation and to ring again tomorrow and to keep ringing till I can get a appointment. I work in care and I'm rushed off my feet( not sat down answering calls) but I make sure there cares are met. So where is the duty of care met to patients??? Feel so let down by this system | ||||||

Quite rude and impatient receptionist I don't know why they are rude it's not like there are physically run off there feet. It really puts patients off like myself telephoning the GP as to get an appointment you've got to run it by these impatient and rude people first.... GPS really should look at patients reviews then decide to get ladies who will do the job intended and sack the ladies who are or seem to be incompetent for the job... | ||||||

My mum who is 87 was dizzy and nauseous diagnosed with labyrinthitis over phone given medication without being seen week later condition worse rang gp who prescribed alternative medication without seeing her she deteriorated needing admission to coronary care in heart block can I suggest that your duty of care should involve seeing vulnerable patients face to face | ||||||
