    Please help my daughter get a sewers she's still having symtons of tacacadia no results from hospital was put on beta blockers but having episode of fast heat rate palpitations clammy hands dizzy feel sick fells faint feels like brain being squashed fatigue it's been goin on months had to wait another 2wk for phone app when can she be seen by Dr hollies f2f I think its been goin on too long now I'm worried sick Mrs hempshall

    My whole family are with this practice though only my mother and myself use this particular surgery regularly. Recently my mother had a stroke the result of which has been that she needs care in a care home. Long story short she needed to be reviewed as a result and we had a trip into the the surgery. The doctor could not have treated her better if she had been his own mother, despite her slight vagueness (a result of the stroke), he very gently, patiently and carefully took time to consult with her and ensured she fully understood everything he wanted her to know. Experience of other doctors in this practice is very similar and for us they have always seemed to go the extra mile. I wouldn't want to leave out the other staff in the surgery either, from the reception staff who are so empathetic, helpful and responsive to the care assistants and nurses who always approach you and attend to you in a friendly yet extremely professional manner. I'd reccomend this surgery to anyone.

    I am very reluctant to see GP. When I do go I am not listened to. GP dismissed my symptoms as trivial. I managed to get the surgery I needed via another route. Thankfully I am ok now.
