I've been under this practice a few years and never had anything but good service. Best gp practice I have ever been under. They don't rush you out of the door but listen. Recently I have had call to use the the practice a lot and although I've been able to have a face to face appointment at present, this is OK as I have been getting regular telephone support. I doubt I could get a better service even if I was paying mega amounts for it. |

I understand that many people have to wait up to two weeks for an appointment, however at this surgery you could spend two weeks waiting for someone to pick up the phone. They insist that the only time you can call is at eight thirty which I can’t do as I’m already at work by then. To get around this problem I asked my partner to phone for an appointment for my son. He tried everyday for a week and couldn’t get through( easier getting tickets for the Rolling Stones concert). He then went in the next week to book in person where the receptionists were rude to him and he still didn’t succeed in getting an appointment. Thank goodness it was only for a skin condition and not something serious! Can’t comment on the doctors as I’ve never been able to break down the barricades. This is why my daughter has already changed doctors and why the rest of our family will soon follow. |

Lazy people work at the reception desk who, instead of answering the phone, sit and do nothing I've called for a prescription extension from 11am 128 times. It was either busy or the information that now they do not have the hook to pick up! For a prescription, you can call the number provided by them from 11-3pm. I've been calling there for over an hour and no one answers. |
