Barugh Green Surgery

Since moving i have been left numerous times without my crucial asthma medication. I struggle to get an appointment. My prescriptions arnt being sent even after its been green lighted, sometimes its being rejected AFTER they have reviewed me and said they have sent it over to pharmacy which leaves me constantly chasing my medication during weeks without, i was told receptionist would call me back about my medication, she didn't. Its become so difficult to get any appointment or repeat prescriptions. Communication between co-workers and branches has broken down, Id like them to pick up on there patients health otherwise I also will have to go further afield for my care.

I was very happy with this surgery, but no longer, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment and the only way to succeed is by going there in person at 8:00am. Then you will get interrogated. It’s the same at the Huddersfield Rd Surgery. It has come to the point that I do not want to contact them as my relationship with them has completely broke down. I think I have no other alternative than to find somewhere else. Both this practice and the Huddersfield Rd Surgery have very good doctors but unfortunately no one there is taking responsibility. Very sad.
