I think l have been more than generous with the star rating of this establishment. Jodie and her colleague in nursing are really nice and caring individuals and work brilliant with the pharmacy next door. The surgery were informed from my consultant that staples from an Incision after surgery had to be removed by them at a later date. It took me 3-4 days after first being told it wasn't within their remit to conduct this request.I had to ring other agencies before l rang them back declaring that l was going to attend my local A+E and explain the excuse given to me and put the phone down. Within 90 seconds my phone rang with addmin stating that a space had appeared on the system 2 days later. What a joke. | ||||||

Web site is down so no online bookings.Telephone is gridlocked unless you have free minutes and hours to spare waiting on hold. U can call in for an appointment but what if you work in another town and start at 6 am and don't het home until late.Almst impossible to get an appointment unless you have a day off work and lie to get a same day appointment by saying it's life threatening. | ||||||

Supposedly a modern practice. Can't get a same day appointment. Website never working. Electronic check-in not working. Staff ok, but if there are no appointments available then more doctors should be on duty. | ||||||
