I have been a patient of this clinic for many years. Unfortunately, they have deteriorated a lot recently.It is very difficult to make a call, when you manage to make a call and someone answers you will hear that there are no more visits.I have been treating myself for several weeks, but I need a doctor's appointment. unfortunately, I call again for a month and I cannot get through or no visits. I am sorry but I have to change GP. |

I called my GP surgery to ask for advice as I needed an emergency appointment as the nhs 11 service has advices me to make an appointment to see my doctor ASAP. The receptionist told me to call back at 1:30pm to make and appointment and assured me that I’d be able to get a same day appointment if I did this. I did as she said and called back at 1:30pm exactly. I got near enough straight through to receptionist at 1:31pm who told me that all the appointments had gone and I could come and sit in the surgery until a doctor would be able to see me. When I asked how long I would be waiting to see the doctor (due to the fact I would have to bring my two young children along with me) she told me she had no idea and was very abrupt and rude in her tone of voice. I will not be returning to this doctors. This has happened to me numerous times when I try to make an appointment. |

Won't let you book appointments at reception or over phone just keep telling you to phone at 8 am in morning. When you do phone line is either busy or ringing for at least half an hour. When they do answer they tell you no approvals for that day and ring another day. They refuse to book an appointment in advance. |
