It absolutely ridiculous when you cannot see a doctor when you need to. I haven't seen a doctor face to face since long before corvid started not that i haven't tried loads of time. It is time they got off there back sides and do the job they are paid for instead of talking down a phone about something they can not see , How are you supposed to diagnose somebody properly down a phone You carn't see them down a phone or you doctors magicians . A friend of mine who lives in a different area can see a doctor when ever she likes , She just phones up or calls in ask's to see a doctor and gets a appointment with no problem She dosen't get told it will be a phone call she actually gets to a doctor So if they can do it why isn't it possible to see my doctor . I wish I could sit on my back side and get paid for doing nothing. And not just that Why should I have to tell the receptionist what I wont to see a doctor for , It is nothing to do with them it is between me and the doctor . It is time you doctors pulled your finger out and do the job your paid for. | ||||||

Dreadful practice with equally dreadful receptionists who talk down and over to you and think they are some professor of medicine with an appalling uncaring attitude. No compassion, no care and they seem to be in a perpetual argumentative state instead of being helpful like they should be. It took me 225 redials to get through. How they can justify or excuse this is beyond me but like I say no one cares although they're happy to be paid for a non-service. If you need something doing, do it yourself and forget about this lot going out of their way to help you because they get it wrong or don't do it properly. They really have lost their way and they should remember they are there to serve their patients and not the other way around. I can barely disguise my contempt for how I have been treated by this shabby lot. They are a stain on their profession but they are all cut from the same cloth. Register elsewhere and good luck if you stay - you will need it. | ||||||

I dont normally ring the doctors as im usually healthy, however this morning i wasn't, got throu to reception straight away telephone appointment booked, doctor phoned me at the time requested i now have antibotics, very happy with the service i got. A happy patient. | ||||||
