unable to get regular meds. Waits a week then nothing. Told I have to wait for a prescriber. A week later he rings can barely understand. Given an alternative but I don't want an alternative as I have sourced the exact one and reserved elsewhere but guess what I have to wait another week for a prescriber. Doesn't seem to matter I'm without my blood pressure meds as they seem totally unsympathetic or caring. An absolute joke of a practice. Great at sending inappropriate text messages but rubbish at actually doing right by their patients. So badly done too and over worked these poor GP'S Surgeries | ||||||

i think if they bring back the old system where you went to doctors and waited you would have a better chance of being seen as i was utterly upset when i was told i could not get appointment for 8 weeks and told to phone back at six oclock which i did thinking i was going to speak to doctor but just a call operator who asked a series of questions and told me i would get a call back within next six hours ,waited up till 12.15 being 76 this was past my bedtime.nobody called back.l know the gp practices have been busy over the covid but didnt expect this. | ||||||

Cannot get scripts done on time without heart meds for 10 days ,you get some staff lovely but the younger end thinks they are giving smarties out and doesn't give a dam when you speak to them it's IDONT know well if they don't know who does. Not enough gps to go round unless you go to askern where dr Dempsey is absolutely polite and friendly and doesn't rush you | ||||||
