Despite being a little worried about the negative reviews, my family registered here when we moved to the area. I’ve been very happy so far. I’m don’t really like speaking to people on the phone but you can email them directly or fill out the query form which can be found on their website. They have always got back to me quickly and on an occasion when I asked to speak to a gp, the doctor phoned me within a couple of hours. The reception staff, healthcare staff and GP’s are all very nice and have treated me well and have been very helpful. For the people complaining that they can’t get an appointment, try getting in touch a different way as I have. Please don’t blame the surgery, blame the government who have grossly underfunded all our NHS services for years! |

I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 days now. I start ringing at 8am, as advised by receptionist. I continue to call until I eventually get through on the phone to be told that if it’s an emergency dial 999, and then am told what number in the queue I am. This is usually in the late 30s or 40 s. When I do get through I am told no appointments left for today but try again tomorrow. This is how their appointment system works. If you do per chance get an appointment it is for 2 to 4 weeks later. I have complained about this in the past and been told they have a lot of patients registered with them, which is not my fault, so they are trying to see lots of patients. |
