I attended cliftonMC 10.11 2.15pm for my scheduled appointment used the self check in service which confirmed my appointment and advised me to take a seat in the waiting room. After 45 minutes I approached the receptionist who told me I was not booked in and that I was at the wrong surgery. The two text messages reminding me of my appointment mentioned nothing about a different venue. I can think of no reason why I should have known to go elsewhere for said appointment. Would not wish this to happen to other patients. System seems fundamentally flawed. Yours disappointed and frustrated R.Smith |

Fantastic staff ( example) I recently took my wife to see the doctor she suffers with her nerves and was unable to sit in the waiting room, I explained this to the receptionist who told us to wait in the car and she would phone us this she did.Iknow this my seem like a small thing but she was awesome. |

My elderly parents have just changed to this surgery after 50 years at another so they were quite apprehensive. Despite a few glitches the service and understanding shown by the reception staff have been wonderful - thank you. |
