My ms consultant recommended 3 different anti-depressants for my mood swings and wellbeing because I had requested Sativex, which is not currently on the prescription list. |

After a terrible experience with another surgery I left and joined this surgery. I was genuinely terrified about seeing the GP after what happened at my old surgery. The doctor was lovely and made me feel totally at ease and seemed to genuinely care about my multiple health issues. He spent 20 minutes discussing my care and medications I take and I left feeling so relaxed and positive.
A GP should be kind, caring and considerate. I suffer from PTSD and tend to trust nobody but this doctor surprised me and I'm proud to be a part of this surgery.
Finally the reception staff have helped me tremendously, from paperwork to join to multiple appointments with the Dr and nurse!!
I would give this surgery 10 stars if I could!! Thank you!! Reply from Crown Street Surgery Thu, 01 Feb 2018 16:20:00 Z Many thanks for your kind comments. Kind regards Crown Street Surgery |
