Clinician staff are fantastic very efficient no complaints. However general organisation of the practice has gone down hill massively in the last 18 months. I had been a patient here for over 22 years and I’ve never known it be as bad as it is now.. most members of the reception team are fantastic however one or two members are extremely condescending, patronising, abrupt and down right rude. Which is hardly surprising baring in mind the manager is just as ingenuine and abrupt too. I would not reccomend anybody to register at this practice as although fantastic clinican staff patients basic needs are failed to be met due to improper treatment from admin team. Would advise any vulnerable person to steer clear as very insensitive and careless with the comments made from reception staff. | ||||||

I have been a Patient at this practice all my life and I can recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.
I have recommended the White House Surgery to my friends who live in the catchment area. All have 100 % agreed with me about the first class service they provide in so many respects whilst working under tough constraints. It is interesting to learn that whilst resources are not bottomless for this Practice they have, and I believe always will, strive to provide the very best possible care that they can at all times. That mind set is a core value that the Senior Partners have running through every level of care they offer. I think it is also interesting to know that they are always exploring new ways to move from Good to Great. If you are in their catchment are you are blessed as you have a chance for it to be Your GP Practice. Overlooking them will be your loss. | ||||||

This surgery is excellent. You can always get an appointment and the doctors are caring and informative. The only reason I marked the surgery less than top marks on a couple of questions was due to one trainee GP who was rude, abrasive and gave incorrect advice for the treatment of my son. However I've not seen them since (hooray!) and this was certainly a one off, as every other member of staff at the surgery is a great help. Would highly recommend to friends and family. | ||||||
