I was very concerned about a family members mental health. I spoke to the receptionist, Katie who was extremely helpful. She arranged for a GP to phone the patient who then arranged a face to face appointment the following day. Very many ?? | ||||||

Having spent two days phoning repeatedly to query missing items on my regular prescription, I have given up hope. Appointments are virtually impossible to get. Most of the doctors in my experience are generally good, although I tend to ask to see the ones that I believe know me and my history. The main issue is the back office staff. They do not answer the phone, are abrupt on the rare occasion when I have been able to get through, and behave as if they are doing the patients a favour by talking to them in the surgery. Reluctantly, after over 30 years with the practice, I am planning to transfer to another practise. | ||||||

Can never get a appointment get through at 8 30 and they no appointment how does that happen not helpful at all doctors are great if your allowed appointment | ||||||
