Dudley Park Medical Centre

This experience has put me and my son off getting Any Mental or physical assistance with our various health issues, When Dr Gabriel and Mr Jordan was there it was Much more compassionate and understanding, The Drs me an My Son have spoke to have literally called us liars, accused us of shouting when I can't actually hear Well, We cant Understand Accents etc ,TheyvAre driving me and My Sons Mental health to the edge, know we've had traumatic events in our lives ,but one Dr in particular refused him a sick note even though its fully justifiable and Explained until we have no more strength left. Please Save this Surgery and the people's Lives and Sanity. Manners and Compassion are free,and our experiences lately are making our stresses so much worse.

Unable to get an appointment, even a call back, for 15 months. Need to be seen and referred to hospital. Was a brilliant place until MMP took over. They now even get my address wrong! Couldn't even get an appointment for a young child.

There is just one word to describe Dudley Park Medical Centre - DISGUSTING! The staff attitude, the dr's attitude, the knowledge and willingness to help is close to none. Can't switch as other medical centres in the area don't take on new patients and haven't since covid started. The receptionist/ call handler wants to know what your medical problems are otherwise they refuse to book you in. Having to go into private details with someone that can just walk out and share that info is not very comforting. Takes weeks always to be able to get through. By the time you do there is very little patience for their nonsense and egocentric personalities.
