I cannot fault the care my mother was given by the doctors nurses and other staff at this practice. She always commented how thoughtful and caring they were. After she passed away the doctor rang to make sure that her daughters were ok and offered support although they didn't know us. That meant a great deal. It is a fantastic surgery and practice and I can't praise the staff enough. They looked after my Mum so well and I am very grateful for everything they did. If only all surgeries looked after their patients this well |

I have attended one of these surgeries (the Roman Gate in Godmanchester) since 1982 and, since moving to Huntingdon a few years ago, now attend it's sister surgery in Huntingdon - Charles Hicks. As we all know surgeries are now stretched to the limit (and beyond as in our case) and things are much harder than in the past. This is everywhere and our surgery is no different. However, all those involved in running it, whether doctors, nurses, managers, receptionist try their very best to give efficient, caring service. Through no ones fault we have lost several doctors and nurses (due to illness and moving away) recently and yet foremost is the resolve to try and keep giving the best service possible. Those running and working in these surgeries are dedicated and deserve our fullest appreciation. |
