Mentioned to staff before and no change so trying again here. It is absolutely inappropriate to have a non functioning lift and clinical services above ground floor. The music in the waiting area is a nuisance and unnecessarily and a service barrier for people with hearing issues. It also seems targeted at 20 year olds. Do your customer stats confirm these are a significant user group? Hence dignity and respect one star although reception generally positive. | ||||||

I was advised by my consultant at a local hospital (after being referred by my GP) to get a cholesterol test. When I called Cedar House Surgery to book the test they refused to do so because I had no paperwork (it was a verbal request from the hospital) and told me I had to go via my GP. When I pointed out that I am 50 years old and therefore entitled to a health check that includes a cholesterol test they suddenly checked my address and offered me an appointment at Dumbelton Medical Centre. I talked to Cedar House on a Tuesday and they said we have an appointment available Wednesday or Thursday (just that). I chose Wednesday and turned up on time the following day. Cedar house had actually booked me in for a Wednesday three weeks in the future! | ||||||
