I am in agreement with other reviewers, the unprofessionalism of this surgery is shocking. The receptionist is rude and arrogant, she thinks she is a doctor herself and has no problem asking personal questions that really should be only shared with a doctor. If you decline to respond you receive a threat of not getting an appointment then. Its quite upsetting to be treated like this as patients are generally unwell if they have to ring so in a vulnerable position. | ||||||
