Drs Dunn, Lynas & Rodgers

Would be bloody marvellous if they would pick up phone calls sitting on the phone line now to speak to someone for the last hour , come on lynas and Rodger’s surgery pull your socks up this is getting absolutely ridiculous, why are calls not being answered???? No one should have to be waiting to get through for an hour !!!!!!

I’m not happy with this practice and reception staff because I’m disabled and had phone appointment with dr lynas which I had missed 2 calls I was told by receptionist next time dr phones if you get phone call hang up next is I’m not happy with way this practice is dealing with me and my treatment I can’t get the things I want at home I’m housebound and wheelchair bound and dr lynas wouldn’t do house visit for me nor the female doctors or district nurse I made a complaint to practice manager and haven’t got one response back and my friend and myself had been trying to explain what my health is and this is cancer despite what I was told I can’t attend practice or hospital my healths getting worse as explained on letters all I want is for female doctor or nurse to do things I’ve mentioned to me I would rate this practice as zero because they do not understand my disability
