Called practice at 8.30 a.m. Doctor called back at 9.30a.m and I had appointment same day at 10.45 a.m. Excellent and knowledgeable service. The triage system works and everyone was polite and helpful. | ||||||

I have been a patient here all my life (60 years and counting) I am certainly not a regular visitor, but trying to get to speak to a doctor and get a prescription is a horrendous ordeal. First you have to get past the receptionist and then wait on a doctor to call you back, then they don't listen as they just want to move on to the next victim and count the numbers. Very very Disappointed with this practice, I am sure the previous doctors would be very disappointed with the way their patients are being treated. | ||||||
