Condorrat Medical Practice

Absolutely shocking staff clearly look like they hate there job. Rude and never any appointments would not recommend to anyone

I am a patient of the practice and have been disgusted by the lack of support or interest I have received from this practice, I cannot get a straight answer to questions asked to the medical staff. The receptionists are rude, uncaring and down right un-helpful. I have again been let down in the response to tests done in hospital, being told by a receptionist I don't need to speak to a Doctor about my results SHE is able to tell me, unfortunately for me the receptionist didn't know what she was talking about. I am very glad I am a Staff Nurse and am able to question the response from medics and clerical staff. I have decided to move myself and my family to another competent caring practice. I am concerned about the care other patients receive from this practice, patients that will NOT question discrepancies, bad manners etc, I would be VERY embarrassed if another health professional held these views on my performance, however the staff here have a lack of interest in their performance AND their patients.
