Previously, I voiced my thoughts about this practice, which were not positive, but credit where it’s due. Irene, my nurse, who has always been great, managed to get an appointment for me to see Dr Waqar. What can I write, he is the first doctor in a long time , who seemed to genuinely care and want to get to the bottom of my problem. It was so refreshing and took me back to when doctors had that bed side manner our parents spoke about; so thank you so much. I also noticed a change in the reception area, so helpful, even coming out to let patients know the medical staff were running behind and when I asked to make a future appointment as requested by Dr Waqar, the receptionist did her best to fit me in. I’m hoping they have now found their feet again and fingers crossed, stays that way. Thank you all. X | ||||||

Worst doctors about Dr sayeda salma banu is a nasty person has no time for patients thinks she knows better took me of medication for epilepsy she very condescending made a silly face at me looked down her nose got me struck of because I never agreed to her diagnosis saying I was aggressive which I was not I was loud because she set me off I suffer from vocal epilepsy and gran mall attacks made a complaint but fell on deaf ears as said it would and I was made out the bad one but Diane o hara said she would talk to her and fone me but still never got a call from her and the receptionist today just told me to go away I am going to take this all the way can't do this to people making them feel worthless | ||||||

Worst doctors in coatbridge Dr sayeda salma banu totally condescending looks down at you thinks she knows better than a my epilepsy doctor that works in hospital took me of medication for epilepsy and gave me wrong stuff for my epilepsy got me stuck of because I did not agree with here said I was aggressive I was not I was loud in making my complaint which fell on deaf ears as I said it would to Diane o hara the manager but she took her side I am happy I am out thus gp practice I can't be the only one by reading other complaints on this she is a bad person and should not do what she does to people needing help | ||||||
