Tried to call doctor for 2 days constantly today I got through eventually was number 1 in the queue then spoke to a lady who asked my name told her I needed to speak to doctor next thing I knew iv been moved to 9th in the queue that was from first in the queue. So waiting in the queue from 10.30 till 11.25 I was second in the queue at this time then I was completely cut off . This surgery is getting worse daily don’t mind waiting in queue but to wait then just get cut off with no explanation is really bad . Needs to be reported then I was going to email my complaint and seems there’s no email address as this is being changed . Just not good enough absolutely no care or support for any patients. | ||||||
