Absolutely shocking behaviour from reception staff and the practice manager they are not running practice for patients well being they are dictating how they wish to see to patients needs clearly wasting their time by calling and waiting up to an hour then refusing appointment and if appointment is given it’s cancelled due to staffing issue constant battle not sure if NHS has policy of monitoring practices performance as this practice should be considered for serious failures towards patients care leaving my mental state worse off as recently I had been left without meds for many days until the mental health team had to intervene and make them understand my med needs leaving me more vulnerable and very on edge with many sleepless nights my mistake for joining this practice without checking their practice performance as learnt recently this practice under performed it seems health professionals are lacking responsibility to patients care needs they are sitting and making excuses to avoid seeing patients and become defensive if you make a complaint as suggested by other professionals so they will take me seriously instead they have made matters worse by continually cancelling my appointments so i don’t get seen by GP this is been going on for over a month now They should be struck off as this behaviour is leaving vulnerable patients on edge and worsening their health instead of patients focusing on getting better they are getting mental torture from receptions staff and management at practice who clearly taking new patients but not honouring the services that they are entitled to My worst experience with Scottish health system totally shocking I rather face covid than face such appalling treatment from this practice constant staffing issues not answering calls then refusing appointments and just a torture I think certain staff needs to find a job in another field as they are failing miserably as a health system I am in touch with the MP as suggested by my other health professionals that I must take a step further for their on going failures and appalling service towards my health needs I should be focusing on getting better instead feel being punished for my health issues they don’t take patients seriously may be this review will make Practice manager to do her job that she’s appointed for instead of hiding in office and breaking data protection and making matters worse I agree with other reviewers Reception staffs behaviour is a breach of practice policy they are not qualified doctors and their behaviour is unacceptable which is leaving patients more vulnerable and destroying their mental health which they are accountable for their actions and appalling treatment I urge and request this practice puts their health system in order and provide patient service that they are entitle to may be my emails and calls have been put to aside but this review was needed so I can express my challenges for the past month and my vulnerability due to poor services from Clydeview medical practice at Wishaw if anyone is considering joining this practice please think if you are happy with such health service that they offer I could have uploaded my emails to show how I have been treated by practice my review is purely to show the challenges I continually face to date and I feel they are failing as ac NHS system and being punished for making a complaint which has left me on edge and having suicidal thoughts as feel that GP Practice feel I deserve such treatment and feel abandoned by this practice

Perhaps the worst GP of all time, they do not care one bit about any humans wellbeing. Must just try their best to find ways to avoid actually helping anyone. I have no clue what they must do with their time besides not taking any calls and telling people there are no spots left. Evil GP

Takes forever to get through, for then the receptionists to think they're the doctor, sometimes it can take a long time to build up confidence to call to be greeted with rudeness
