I feel that reception staff can’t do enough for you to be honest . Always get to speak to doctor if needed and as only two doctors on I have got to know them both. They will do referrals for you and get bloods done as required downstairs which is a good thing . I feel it’s the whole system letting down our gp services . I have been waiting a very long term on urologist appointment but that’s not the doctors fault I feel it’s at government level | ||||||

As a new resident from South Africa, I am absolutely shocked at the way the practice is run. There is just no way to get hold of them, unless you go in. I find it very strange that medication is prescribed without seeing a patient. This is vastly different in South Africa and so it should be. I have tried to call the practice for the last week with no luck, so much so that I have now resorted to going private. I have had to pay a huge amount to NHS in order to use the service that is non existent. Very disappointed and worrying for the future. | ||||||

Been going here all my life and won't be going back, impossible to get through, reception staff that don't care and doctors that care even less! If you want long term help go elsewhere. Oh and if you complain «it's health board rules» | ||||||
