I will say that i have experienced some very unexplainable times trying to get through to the surgery. I actually had been in touch with a woman who works for the Patience Advisory Board for Citizens Advice Agency. She has helped to right a letter to the surgery which I have been hesitant to send to the surgery ,because I have had some moments and I just want to be seen my Dr. when necessary. And not to end up in a uncomfortable confrontation situation with a receptionist , who wants to screen my calls. As if I'm a crank caller just messing about on the phone . I personally feel that I have been discriminated against in this way. I first of all suffer from a C.O.P.D. disorder ,and when I believe I need to see the Dr. and shouldn't be needing to do back flips to do so . |

Number 4 in the queue and then number 1. Next the line was cut so i rejoined and now at number 40. 30 minutes and still waiting to be put through to the rudest of staff. Not looking forward to the negative customer services skills and I hope it’s not the one I call Nippy. The doctors and nurses are great, it’s the reception that lets this place down. Time for a revamp |

Poor service my husband is not one for going to the doctor's and he's not one for complaining about anything that's why I'm writing this review my husband called the surgery on the 3/11/2023 as he had a very swollen eye he could hardly see out of his eye the tissue around the eye area was very inflamed tender and very sore to touch but apparently this did not warrant an appointment with a doctor so he was informed to go and see his optician which ended up there was nothing the optician could do for my husband but it was deemed by the optician that the infection in my husband's right eye was that bad that the optician called the eye pavilion to see if they would see my husband's eye as this infection most definitely required urgent treat my husband is now on a course of antibiotics along with antibiotic cream for the dreadful infection in his right eye but not only that the optician had to scan my husband's eye which we ended up having to pay for I'm furious this could have all been avoided if my husband had been given an appointment in the first instance we're just home after being out of the house for 5 hours. If this surgery wants proof they can contact the optician at Asda at the jewel and the eye pavilion themselves which I have no doubt they will receive some kind of a notification from the hospital themselves regarding my husband's eye infection. |
