On Speaking with a Lovely Polite and Very Helpful Receptionist today called Evon.. I would just like to take the time to say.. Thank You !! I can understand why people get frustrated as it can be difficult to get through to the practice at their busiest time's.. But that Only goes to show how much Pressure the Surgery and Staff are actually under... The Gp's and Staff are only Human like every one else, Yet they are still trying to do their best !! People should have a bit more Compation & Understanding as this must be a difficult and at times Thankless task. | ||||||

Can never get through and when I do after 20-30 attempts, I am told appointments all gone and advised to use their econsult form online, done that waited couple of days and still no prescription, another 15 calls to get through to be told they never received it!! Every time I need prescription there is an issue with it!! Just open the surgery properly because the service and care is appalling. | ||||||
