My wife phoned the medical practice this morning to speak to a doctor about her mental health, the receptionist said a doctor would phone her in the morning, still no phone call. Why cant a phone call appointment be made instead of a face to face appointment with an exact time and if an emergency comes in the receptionist should be told to phone up the patient and let them know | ||||||

Really bad tried to get appointment was told thier is know appointment untill August and was told to try next week to see if there is any cancellation this is really out of order for practice how will I know when I can get appointment aways hangs up when I call | ||||||
